Krav Maga Level 1

Proficiency with basic attacks in different directions and defense against frontal assaults.

Krav Maga Level 2-3

Dealing with side and rear attacks;  proficiency in performing a series of attacks in all directions;  familiarity with application of pre-fight, fight and post-fight concepts

Krav Maga Youth

From day 1, kids learn how to de-escalate life threatening situations from bully to kidnapper! Learn basic strike and evasion techniques while developing the tactical Krav Maga mindset.  Ages 6-9 and 10-13.

Cardio X

This class will deliver a complete body workout derived from power drills, core strength exercises, and balance work.  You’ll  also work the heavy bag to develop your punches, kicks, and strikes.  This class will challenge you physically and mentally, while increasing your endurance and strength.

Ground Tactics

No-gi grappling for the mat and the street! KMX Grappling classes focus on takedowns and takedown defense, escapes, reversals, counters, joint locks, and chokes culled from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Wrestling, and Sambo.

Strike & Fight

Designed for the intermediate Krav Maga practitioner to improve skill, form, and movement. This class will further develop the practitioner’s mentality as a fighter through the focus and repetition of various combinations of defensive and combative techniques. (Must be L2 +).
